1. Introduction
Employment plays a vital role in the economic development of the people. Thus, employment opportunity has been globalized by the Government of Nepal its people through privatization to enhance maximum employment possibility. Nepal, with its objectivity to grant equal opportunity for employment to its people at the national and international levels, has given maximum afford to create a sound working environment among the employment organizations.
2. Why is training required?
Training is a platform to enhance technical trade skills. As there have been serious comments and suggestions being received from abroad companies for supply fully skilled trade workers for their companies. As a result, due to none availability of skilled trade workers, the training centers are seen necessary to undergo training. On the other hand, trained personnel are offered a better salary by the foreign employer.

Ltd is also affiliated with CTEVT established in the year 2006 A.D. (2063 B.S.) has been established with the aim of providing training services to unemployed youths, to develop and enhance their skills and make them more qualified and linking them to employment opportunities within the country and abroad as well.
It is situated at Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, Nepal. From the date of its establishment, it has completed and conducted many training events like Helvetas SaMI Projects, Event II Project, and other regular training programs according to the trainee's needs.
Susan Poly-Technical provides many training facilities which help the youth to learn new skills or enhance their skills for their upliftment.
4. Proposed area of the Training
Susan Poly Technical Training Center with past experience and detail studying the demand situation of labor in national and international circles through the employment agencies of Nepal has designed the training programs on Mason, Shuttering Carpenter, Steel Fixture, and Plaster/Tile fixture, Building Painter Welding, Plumbing, Finishing Carpenter, Electrical and Scaffolding.
4.1. Goal of the Training
⇢ To provide basic skills and knowledge for the interested youth of Nepal.
⇢ To provide employment opportunities to the trained personnel, who will get training at the institute.
⇢ To develop the network for information relating to foreign employment and an employment agency.
⇢ To disseminate information to every part of Nepal regarding the opportunity for employment.
4.2 Purpose
⇢ To provide employment opportunities to those who are unemployed.
⇢ To help the real poor people through arranged free technical training, food, and accommodation
5. Output of the Training
⇢ To give basic skills training and make them able to take any kind of work on their trade.
⇢ To arrange and provide employment opportunities to the trained personnel.
⇢ To make them able to work at national and international levels on trades.
⇢ At least 100% of persons will have skills and knowledge in Mason, Shuttering carpenter, Plastering /tile fixing, Scaffolding, and Steel fixture.
⇢ At least 90% of persons will have skills and knowledge in Building painters, Welding, Plumbing, and electrical.
⇢ It is expected that at least 10% of persons who will get training in various trades will be involved as self-employed within Nepal.
⇢ It is expected that at least 80% of persons in each trade per year will be employed by a foreign employer.
6. Target groups for the training
The targeted area of the training program is all over Nepal. The capable and interested to work in Nepal and as well in abroad shall be the key targeted persons. There is no discrimination on gender, caste, and ethnicity. Consideration and preferences will be given to those who are from deprived families. Consideration will also be given to those who approach the recommendation of certain institutions and employment agencies.
